I'm looking to buy a new car and moving away from the Berlingo I've had for a few years now. The main thing I'm looking for is a car that comfortably fits my organic big pad in it and ideally the space to fit a second pad in if needed. Does anyone have any recommendations?

i took the time to read up on your pad and see how its dimensions would work with an Octavia Kombi.

Width wise it might fit if you were willing to crush it between the rear wheel arches but lengthwise you would need another 50 cm. I'm not sure if even the biggest Volvo estate could cope with that.

Can't some of the older Volvo's fit full size pallets? Like the 740/940?

Wouldn't fit in a Volvo V70 (2014-16) without the back seat going down -- mind you, if you put those down you could probably fit 4 in.

Take your pad to a dealership and give it a go?
