A quick heads up to potential visitors that access to Aldery Cliff will be closed next Thursday (13th August) for safety reasons whilst essential work is carried out on the crag. This will involve installation of bolt lower offs for routes with historic tree lower offs (now removed), as discussed and agreed at the Nov 2019 Peak Area meeting.

Good decision.

That must have been one of the meetings I didn't get to, but I look forward to it happening. It will be interesting to see where the lower offs go in.
