Lakeland Bird Nesting Restrictions Update 1/6/17
Raven Crag Thirlmere - Peregrine Restriction lifted early.
Sadly the nest appears to have failed so the restriction has been lifted. Apparently this hasn't been a very successful year for Lakeland's Peregrines.
Restrictions to protect nesting Ravens ended on 31 May - remember that a small number of crags are home to nesting Ravens and Peregrines, in these cases the peregrine restriction continues until 30 June.
