RAD appeared to indicate that climbing ban was only til end of May, but yesterday we were greeted by a very alarmed/defensive pair of birds of prey, intent on keeping us off the main buttress. We obliged, & moved far left to the Beachcomber/Flying Buttress area, & the birds were appeased. Leaving the crag later caused further defensive action, & could hear nesting chicks on the cliff face between Conclusion/Medusa. Recommend not visiting for another couple of weeks
