The land east of the cove is owned by the National Trust who have a relaxed attitude toward climbing.
The land west of the cove is privately owned, the owner has asked that no more bolting should occur, and that groups do not climb here. He does not want climbers dominating the area so that others can enjoy it as well.

News New 9b/+ for Seb Bouin
French climber Seb Bouin has made the first ascent of a new 9b/+ at Pic Saint-Loup, France. The route is 50m in total and breaks down into a 9a+, followed by a Font 8A+ boulder problem. He has named the route Beyond Integral.
