I like Prophet, Saga and Fables.

Any other that I might like based on that list? 

Hard to say as I haven't read any of those but I love Preacher, Promethea, Monstress and Watchmen. 

Never heard of those. Just read the first volume of Low by Remender & Tochini, which was cheesy but something a bit different.

Then you are in for a treat. Start with Saga.

I read the Watchmen a few times and have Monstress too. Thats from the same publisher as Saga and Prophet.

Another fan of Saga here! Really loved Watchmen and I'd like to read V for Vendetta but it seems to be stuck on my to-read list.

You should also read Miracleman as published by Eclipse comics. Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman.
