Apparently there was a post going the rounds on social media to the effect that there was no point Heff going to heaven as he was already there. Reminds me of the Twilight Zone episode on TV many years ago which really frightened me as a kid. A bank robber is shot during a heist and wakes up in heaven. He is met by a beautiful angel who informs him that he can have whatever he wants. After a week of unlimited food, wine and sex the robber goes to the angel and says that he is bored and would rather go to 'the other place'. The angel's features twist into a mad-eyed demon's. 'This is the other place.'

Continuing that slight tangent, the song "Heaven" by Talking Heads sort of does a similar thing, it's really good
