Just listened again to Three EPs and Hot Shots II for the first time in ages and was reminded what an amazing band they wrre. Their "last gig" at Manchester Academy was possibly the closest I've come to a religious experience and will stay with forever.

Any bands coming close to this invention yet accessibility at the moment?

Well there’s The Aliens, really enjoyed the Luna album. But it came out ten years ago!

Great album and a great live band.

Steve Masons solo stuff and gigs have been really good too.
