Bristol Old Vic are re-staging "Touching the Void" - and also making it available as a live broadcast. It got rave reviews last time round. Never realised it had been done in a theatre...can't wait till they do the musical version!

Music does play quite an important part and there was one short live song in the production I saw.

It was a hugely impressive and creative production. I recommend it strongly

Another recommendation from me. Definitely well worth seeing. A great performance - cleverly and creatively staged and definitely had me getting pretty emotional at points.

One of the last night outs I had before the pandemic was seeing this. It wasn't what I expected and at first I was not sure I was going to like it, but it was brilliant.
