Reminds me how incredible that album would be if it weren't a double. There's some stunning tracks but a lot of rubbish too.

Fully agree, there's enough for a White Album, and enough for a Shite album.

A great and brave album.  I think that at the time they realised that 50% of it would be rubbish but they didn't know which 50%
