Airline tickets to use up this summer

My partner and I have some airline tickets to use by the end of the year (overseas weddings cancelled through Covid) and we can't decide where to go. Kinda just fancy a beach holiday, not too busy, probably rent a car for a few days and the option of some easy climbing and will be the last week of Aug/first week of Sept.

Recommendations?

Cornwall. Surely all the usual Euro destinations you'd fly to with beachy things would be too hot then?

How much have you got to spend? Limited to short or long haul?

No. The Outer Hebrides. Much better beaches and climbing and far fewer people. And Cornwall gets too hot in the summer. Treat yourself to a flight to Stornoway, or, even better, Barra.

Does it not say on the ticket where you are going, mine always do.

Are these ones that allow you to arrive and decide where you fancy at the Airport.

That sounds amazing.

Sod the climbing and go to Corsica.

EasyJet so probably not going to get any domestic flights in. They've given us vouchers for the value of the tickets bought rather than the destination, so probably be able to get a ticket from the terminal to the end of the runway the way prices are fluctuating
