"Arev" Armenian Rock Climbing Festival, May 25-31 2013

"Arev" Armenian First Ascent Festival, which was organized before on June 2009 and May 2011 by our club, intended to develop the rock climbing culture in Armenia, while at the same time promoting climbing at the local rock formations through the development of new routes.
We have renamed the festival, calling it "Arev" Armenian Rock Climbing Festival, referring to the fact that the development of many routes in the area has made our upcoming festival a luring event for climbers of all calibre. Whether you are an avid first ascensionist, traditional climber looking to plug in some gear, a climber who relies on the guidebooks to find the most popular, beautiful, and fun routes, or a beginner just looking for fun and safe sport routes, you are welcome to our event!
Master classes will be provided for amateur climbers during the event, by the experts of SNAPEC organization from France.
