Chamonix condition next week

Hi, we are hoping to visit chamonix next week for some alpine mixed and rock climbing. Our main concern is with the condition and excessive avalanche/rock fall danger. With the fluctuating weather recently (and what looks like this weekend also), any suggestions and recommendations? We would love to be on some bigger north faces as well as long rock routes on the capucin...thanks very much!
