Cheap accomodation near Finale Ligura or La Spezia.

Hey guys,
Does anyone know of any cheap accomodation that's open through the winter in the Finale Ligura or La Spezia areas? I'm thinking campsites, bunkhouses or rifugios.

this place is pretty cool.....right in finale ligure, cheap rooms, part of the yha network and it's in an old castle!

just not sure if it's open year round (i stayed in June).
