Climbing around Morzine with a ski job

Hello,

I'm working a season around Morzine but want to climb as well as snowboard.

Anyone climbed around Morzine over winter, is it snow and ice or are there rock options too? Any recommendations for spots?

The rock options in summer are fairly limited so not quite sure winter is going to be any good. I'd honestly rather climb at stoney than any of the crags we looked at. I gather there is some good bouldering about but quite how easy it is to get to in the depths of winter is anyone's guess.
