Anyone been up yet? I'd normally think it was a bit early in the year but it's been so dry, and the forecast for the weekend is so good.... any reports? ta, john

bet it's good, if it's warm enough.  Lots of routes will be dry

I went up one summer presuming it would be soaked and was surprised at how much was dry. We did Great-Bow and Shrike that day. From the CC guide:

Pinnacle Flake, the Spire, Troach, Curving Arete, Axe, Shrike, Llithrig.

Well we went up on Sunday and almost everything was dry. Late start so only did one route - Longlands, which was really nice - then a swim in the lake in the low evening sun. Great way to spend my birthday!
