UKC

Has anyone climbed on Gable Crag recently? Just  wondered how dry/ clean it is. 

It'll be dry, been no rain in the Lakes for a while and warm most days, even up high.

Should be dry, but I'd be surprised if anyone's climbed there yet this year. And it wouldn't have seen more than a couple of routes climbed last year, given what a shitty washout the summer was...so I would expect it to be "untouched". Looks like a great crag though, report back!

Doesn't look like any logged ascents on ukc but loads of high crags have been climbed on in the last few weeks

It's been climbed on and it's in condition. Evening is great when it catches the sun. Enjoy.
