I'm due to go on a climbing trip there on 11th April. I was going to ask on this forum where people recommend staying.

Loads of places to stay and plenty of recommendations on previous threads, but it seems unlikely you will be going there in the next month.

UK gov now advises against all but essential travel to the whole of spain. I think this summer is a write-off and sadly, much greater things will be lost as well.
