Hey,

Does anyone know any climbers who live in San Fransico?

I'm heading out to California this august, before flying down to Patagonia at the start of November.

Basically I need a favour. I'm going to have a duffle bag full of alpine climbing stuff that I don't really want to cart round California. Does anyone know anyone who lives in San Fran that would let me leave it in their garage or similar for ten weeks.

Alternatively do you know of a cost effective form of left luggage where we could leave our bag for ten weeks?

In reply to Tom Ripley Mountain Guide: yes my daughter lives south of SFO but I don't think you would find it easy to get there. I am seeing her next week though and I will ask about left luggage. I seem to remember facilities at San Jose station.

It's San Francisco (not San Fransico), and don't ever say San Fran or Frisco, it's not cool and people will then know that you are a dork: it's either SF or San Francisco.
