Most Eastern grit will dry after two hours of no rain at this time of year. Alternatively steep limestone may be dry (although may be condensed). There will defo be some dry limestone bouldering if you go hunting, Tom's Roof will almost definitely be dry.
The stuff at New Mills will probably be dry and that includes trad, bouldering and even sport all in the same tennis court sized area!
The forecast is looking better for the rest of the day, If it was me I'd probably just go somewhere that gets a breeze, and leave it until 11-12ish. It's a very, very rare day that it's impossible to find something dry, especially at this time of year
