European sunny winter climbing

I'm planning to drive round Europe in a van rock climbing for a while, I've got a good idea of what I would like to do in spring, summer and autumn but not so much winter. Malta, Sicilly and Kalymnos all look possible (only been to Kalymnos and it was fine in January).

I'm keen for sport, trad, single and multipitch but not bouldering. Destinations need to be:
feasible to drive/ferry to with a van.
able to park up van without needing to use camp site.
easy to hook up and go climbing with others while there.

So, can UKC please tell me what sort of places would fill my needs?

We have similar sorts of plans and have been thinking about chorro as a venue to pass some of the cold mmonths.

People climb round siurana year round.

And I've climbed very comfortably in French straps like seynes, russan and chateauvert in pretty cold weather too.
