I was there during the roc trip last year. You can download a free topo on the Petzl website.
There is a fairly big hotel in the town with hot water. the rooms are ok. There is a guest house close by with no hot water but its slightly cheaper.
There are a few shops where you can get noodles for breakfast and an evening meal.
I would bring your own crag food for the day, as the local shops don't sell that much in the way of snacks.
