know where i can borrow/rent a harness?
have a recommendation of a good ~sev. that i can take my workmates on?

I would have lent you mine but I literally lent it to someone else at lunchtime today to do VF on their honeymoon!
Are you doing the Petit Port job? How long are you over for? We can almost certainly find someone to take you out proper climbing too.

Easiest access severe for non-climbers - Corner Climb at Port Soif, it's popular with youth groups.

You can easily rearrange the belay to do the adjacent VS and HS.
