Hi

I am trying to find a climbing guide ( instructor ) for a couple of days sport climbing in la Padriza, around grade F4 poss F5.

Googling hasn’t turned anything up, the guide book has no adverts either.

Any recommendations please ?

Try contacting / calling in to the climbing shop in the nearby town of Manzanares El Real they may be able to help. I climbed there in July in 38°c and had some fun between the big runouts of the spaced bolts. We didn't see any other climbers around, just us keen and slightly mad Brits on the friction slabs at the wrong time of year! 

I've climbed there with Dreampeaks.  It was our second day of learning sport multipitch. Might be worth looking at.

Also possibly Explore-Share. They do a day at La Pedriza.
