I’m looking for a reasonably small-scale (something I can use to navigate running trails) trail map of the mountains in the Zagreb area, e.g. this area: https://croatia.hr/en-GB/experiences/active/walking-and-hiking/samobor-moun...

I can’t seem to find anything online—everything available is for the coastal areas. Anyone have any leads, or even an old map I could buy??

Have you tried Stanfords map shop? Based in London but they have a good online service.

Most of this area is covered by Smand 1/25000 maps: http://www.smand.hr/prikaz.php?l=en

There is also Croatian Mountain Rescue (HGSS) map of Medvednica area: http://www.gss.hr/hgss/kartografija/

I'm sure you will be able to find these maps in Zagreb once you get there. Check Iglu Sport: https://www.iglusport.hr/

Thanks Ian. They have quite a few Croatia walking maps but none cover the northeast. But, that shop is a brilliant place that I never knew about so cheers for the handy tip for future!
