Heading to Pabbay in June and wondering what people tend to do with all their rubbish they amass over the trip. Is it ok just in bin bags or do local wildlife take an interest? Just imagining bin bags getting ransacked by birds and having a big mess on our hands...

Just keep the bin bags in a tent porch I guess, but I've not seen such a problem there. I guess island gulls haven't learned to go for human rubbish like the ones in towns!

(Yet...let's hope it stays that way!)

Keep all rubbish hidden inside tents. Plan well and  you shouldn't produce more than one bin bag full, depending on size of group.
