In reply to supershiny: what I do know is that the usual suspects (Osp, Misja Pec, and to some degree Crni Kal are to hot during this time of the year. You should plan of moving to mountain crags (Bila Pec, for example), and there are a few minor crags in the woods around Tolmin. Probably difficult to find partners there.
