Mrs has agreed, we can so get head down to do the  southern  sandstone for a day in early sept

I'll be bouldering.  But we will be taking the dog. I have a sandstone guide book but which so the out crops will allow dogs? From what I can see online high  rocks dont  allow  dogs? But is there  good bouldering at the other ones that allow dogs?

Might be useful info on the BMC rad database regarding dogs. Cant help you with good bouldering round there though as I have never been!

Not a boulderer myself but there is plenty at Harrisions, lots of dogs down there, plus you don't have to pay £10 to get in (current High Rocks fee I think), just a bit for the car-park.

Shaun, I take my dog everywhere in UK and abroad and definitely southern sandstone. High Rocks is banned to climbers as far as I know. Have fun..
