Tremadog flooding

We're due to head to Tremadog from Leeds this weekend, leaving tomorrow night. Just wondering if I could get some local knowledge on whether Tremadog has flooded? And even if it hasn't, can we actually get there in a minibus from Leeds? What roads are in/out?

In reply to Will Hunt: It all seems very localised will. Most of teh water in Llanberis has now subsided. Weather looks OK for the weekend.

Unless you look at the met office forecast, which is more pessimistic than MWIS and others
