Hi

I am lucky enough to be working up north for a couple of weeks, only a few hours away from the lofoten islands. Has anybody got suggestions or Ideas for some easy climbs or a nice trail-run that I can safely do solo (as I am currently lacking a partner and climbing equipment up here)? So far I've been thinking about doing the  "Sofia Moria" traverse or something along those lines

I guess you mean the Soria Moria traverse which is on Kvaløya? If it is then you'll have to drive about 6 hours north from Lofoten to get there......

Theres a lot of trail running wherever you are , but don't expect to see many people

This time of year it's probably only safe to go trail running during the hours of daylight.

The other 23 hours you can drink schnapps

Relax and be guided by your feelings. Avoid the need to do anything famous. Take it all in.

You can get extra schnapps time by living in a well.
