I want to join an expedition for an 8000m peak in 2012. Does anyone have advice on how to join an independent group, is anyone already planning something I could join, or are there people who would like to get together to make their own expedition?

I want to move up from 6000m (Aconcagua, Chimborazo, Deanli/McKinley, Island Peak) and also the Matterhorn, all in the last 12 months.
