Hi, I'm looking to take someone with basic climbing skills on a ridge (or crag) to practice intro to alpine movement.

Ideally no pitch harder than 5a/b, preferably around 4a/b to allow for simultaneous movement,

no higher than 3000m,

easy access from uplift or walk in??

thanks in advance

The Pic Janvier ridge is ideal for this.  Its got some bolts and a little abseil/lower.   and a lift down at the end.  Its much better climbing than it looks from the Index lift.  its a rather nasty walk down the piste so well worth getting the lift down

East Ridge of Aiguille Grands Montets is good as an easy and fun intro (and short):
