Various websites seem to suggest that a new edition of the English version of this is about to be released. Is this true, and does anyone have a realistic idea of when it might come out before I go and buy the French one and struggle through confusing my coinceurs with casques and concubines?

Looks like a reprint of the old guide, based on the above link. Any new edition I would also have expected to been published in French first.
