We've owned them from new, lightly used, good condition, now outgrown.

Interested in 1 please - how tiny a human would it fit? 

I've done a bit of internet digging but I can't find a definitive answer, however one review says 'Designed to take kids up to 40kg (and most likely in the age range 4 - 10)'.  I've just looked back through some old family pics and I can see my daughter wearing her harness as a four year old (see pic!).  I think we'd moved to sit harnesses by the time they were about 9-ish.
