Hello all

Has anyone used Addnature (they seem to be based in Germany)? I want a particular pair of boots, and they alone have the right size. However they don't have a use-friendly website, and don't want to accept my order. I'll persevere, if anyone here has had dealings and been satisfied with the service. . .

They are Swedish, and during holidays last summer the service at one of their two Stockholm shops was excellent.

The web site is indeed crap, but they also did immediately respond to emails when I asked about a Klättermusen hard shell jacket. They definitely offered to ship the jacket to Germany

In the end I bought the jacket from a store in Germany where I could try different sizes, so I cannot tell you about any internet orders.

I ordered online. I had to email them directly to get a discount code that was meant to be sent automatically but other than that it was fine.
