I want to buy a few more, but they are out of stock in most sizes.

Thanks. They are actually called Exped Crush Drybags for anyone who wants to Google them. More expensive than Alpkit, but more waterproof.

Should be back in stock at the end of June, with a few tweaks to the sizes that accommodate latest tablet / phone sizes.
