Hi, looking to set up some typical sport climbing anchors at home for all the family to practice on, for lowering off etc.

This is due to a previous time when my daughter froze and completely forgot how to do it at the top of a route.

Anyone know where one can buy anchors and chains etc. to do this?

Thanks.

If you just want to set a replica up for demo purposes (without actually bolting it to the side of the house and swinging on it), then your local DIY shop should be able to supply suitable materials.

Yes just a replica at ground level. Might do that then, no need for the real thing I guess.

Even at ground level make it authentic, sitting in and weighing your harness. I always get a slight frisson as I unweight the system to pull the unknotted rope out of the harness and then settle back down onto the belay.
