Hi

Does anybody know where I can get anti balling plates for a set of Charlet Moser G10 crampons?
I bought the crampons about 20 years ago and the closet I can find to them are Grivel G10's.
Petzl don't seem to have anything similar to the ones I own.

Thanks

dunno but bits of plastic milk carton and wire and duct tape can be the answer

Mountain sports in Aviemore normally have them.

If at all possible, see if you can fit the yellow Grivel antibot plates (I have e.g. fitted them to an old pair of DMM crampons), they are so much better than anything else!

Bleach bottle plastic is the stuff to use. Maplins sell cold temperature zip ties and bits of coathanger wire. Last for ages. If you make them slightly oversize so that there's a wrinkle in them, they pop the snow off too. Make a cardboard template and keep that for reference for the next pair.

Anyway, are you sure you don't mean M10. Mine are still going strong.
