At a bet some obscure Euro brand, they could be an older version of a Millet pant, looks like their kind of styling

Freeze frame at 9 secs and zoom in on leg just below the knee. Looks like a Salewa brand logo. Would make sense, asymmetric colors and pockets are their thing. 

Could also be a gaiter though, hard to judge from this clip. 

They aren't Ronhills. He's obviously in love with himself.

I suspect they're probably salopettes rather than trousers. I've got some a bit like that, but they're so deep in sacks at the bottom of an understairs cupboard that there's no way I'm going to dig them out now

That's a pair of Salewa gaiters over a pair of (best guess) Norrona pants, potentially Lofoten range.
