Wanted to update my cam rack and fill in the half sizes between my DMM 4CUs (have 1, 2, and 3) with DMM Dragons in 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 but they don't make seem to make them.

Does anyone know if there's a plan to do so, or if not why?

In reply to JayPee630: Dragons use different sizes. Approx sizes are Dragon 1 = 1.25 4CU, Dragon 2 = 1.75 4CU. After that it's a bit more complicated since the dragons have greater range because of the double axles. Look on DMM's website for details.

If you want sizes consistent with your 4CUs, check out the new Demon cams.

The idea of dragons is you don't need half sizes, their greater camming range means the whole sizes cover everything.

In reply to JayPee630: There is already overlap between the present sizes so I don't think it would be worth their extra expenditure to produce new half sizes.

DMM Dragon sizes are pretty much based off of Black Diamond Camalot C4 sizes. So there aren't going to be half sizes of Dragons any time soon just like there aren't going to be half sizes of Camalot C4s any time soon.
