Just received a letter from Go Outdoors informing me of a product recall on the Beal Tract Up ascender. Credit to Go Outdoors for informing me, one major plus point for letting outdoors shops know your details at point of purchase. I hadn't seen this notice anywhere else and was using the device without any other backup a couple of weeks ago.
