RockTape is tougher than most, but as a result doesn't do the tight curves quite as smoothly. I used this going down into my sweaty boots for a couple of days when I injured my calf a couple of years ago.
I got mine in Lidl, cheap and cheerful but that is what my physio recommended. Works fine but longevity will depend on what what you are trying to support and whether any other fabric will rub over it. I use mine on my lower back and it can get displaced by a rucksac but stays on just fine under a harness. One thing to be aware of, the tape sticks well and can cope with getting wet but once in place can't be repositioned (it won't adhere properly), where it sticks is where it stays so be careful when applying.
