By an amazing act of clumsiness, I have managed to break the little clip thing that secures the rear of the battery compartment to the rest of the battery cage. My Google fu is failing to find anyone who sells this part. Can someone point me in the right direction?

If my experience with this company is anything to go by, there's a decent chance they'll send you a replacement part for free (or possibly even a replacement headtorch for free).

I'd second this. The USB charging port on mine broke, and they sent a replacement on the basis of some photos of the damage.

I had the same problem and they sent me a new back cover FOC.

They are a great company to deal with.
