if they both fit, then perhaps the no-EDGE of Futura has a slight edge on smeary grit. But then again, I do like no-EDGE shoes. Mostly boulder and single pitch stuff (trad or sport) with Mavrink, Speedster or Futura. For sub 7s, I prefer the Maverink. Speedsters After that and only use Futuras If I’ve run out of the former or need a lot of hooking.
