Good to hear Needle Sport are back in business again, albeit on line only at the moment.

Independent climbing shops run by climbers for climbers are really important and need our support

I believe Banana Fingers and Epic TV are owned by Elisa Oyj, a publicly traded billion dollar Finnish telecommunications company.

In reply to A None E-Mouse: No, lets forget about them. They're certainly not independents. They're  owned by those well known climbers JD Sports who also own Blacks Mullets and Ultimate  Outdoors

I'm not at all sure they sell any climbing equipment, thus outside the scope of  this thread, excellent though they might be. I did not dislike

It may also be worth checking your local wall's website to see if their shop is operating online.

They probably won't have the budget or expertise for SEO or google advertising so most likely won't appear when you search for a bit of kit.

The outdoor kit industry benefits massively from the existence of climbing walls and the work they do increasing the number of climbers and therefore customers for us independents.
