New Mammut half ropes.

Hi,

The time has finally come to replace my Mammut Genesis which are 8.5mm. They’ve been discontinued but I want to stick with Mammut so the options seem to be the Alpine Dry 8mm and the Alpine Sender dry 8.7 (triple rated). They’ll be used mainly for trad and it’s unlikely that they’ll see any ice climbing. 
Any current user feedback or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I bought a Mammut 9mm Crag Sender Dry earlier this month.  Used it for a full week of sport and it handles really well, expecting to be using it for trad too soon.
