In reply to David Cowley:Essentially it is a jet boil, they are considering filing for patent infringment.
However the ETA has some distinct advantages over the jet boil, as it can be disconnected and used as a conventional stove with ordinary pots etc ( it has some litte pan supports for this. Also it comes with a hanging kit very useful.The canisters are also universal not certain if the jet boils are or not.Its lighter than the comparitive Jet boil.
The only disadvantge is the mechanism for disconecting the cup from the stove can become hot but this can easily be overcome with a bit of ingenuity.
All in all a cracking little stove.
