PVC Rope/Haul Bag

Hi folks

Can anyone recommend a cheap (£20 - £40) 20 - 25 Liter PVC rope/ bag please? It'll be used primarily for sea cliff abseils and will ideally have minimal straps but must have at least 1 attachment point for cliping to a harness. Ive seen a few but most seem to have an excessive amount of staps.

   Have a look for arborist rope bags there are a few to choose from in that size and price range.
