Anyone use a Rab Scimitar jacket. If so would you recommend it. Thanks

In reply to Oscar: Seconded. Great stretchy fabric, harder-wearing in the places it needs to be. Very breathable and protects you from the elements pretty well. It has a great helmet hood although one warning that the cuffs a tad baggy, presumably to fit well over gloves.

I took mine up the Inner Rottal Ridge on the Jungfrau this summer and had enough confidence in it not to bring a hard-shell as well. It's Cheaper than similar things from other brands too.

In reply to Oscar: Yep I've got one, Like it alot, not as warm as a vapour rise (they can get too hot alot of the time), mines not massively waterproof but then again I wash (and wear) it just like the rest of my clothes.
