If you want to improve your nutcraft, then yes I expect it's very good.

I have read it. Good description  of  what is available  in the UK  and  how to  use it.

Not expensive, money  well spent in my view.

Cheers, I'll add it to my list of climbing books to read 😀

While you're at it try Alun Richardsons pocket book on rockclimbing. It's a tiny encyclopedia of wonder and costs a couple of quid.

I had a read through it this weekend, I was hoping for some more details about actual placements, and it would have been ideal a few months ago when I was plucking up the courage to buy some gear and have a go.  I would recommend this to anyone just starting up.

I initially read Trad Climbing + when I started out which covered most of this stuff accept the reviews of each brand which I found useful.

Thanks for buying the booklet. When I've finished my current project I'm going to update the book (sort out the spellings!), and add more images and detail, so keep an eye out on Amazon/Gumroad for an update.

Best

Andy
